Study Tour of Cultural Heritage & Technology in England

This July, our School joined PLK Stanley Ho Sau Nan Primary School on a study tour to England, where students learnt about historical and cultural heritage, as well as development in science and technology in the country. During the 13-day tour, secondary and primary students worked in groups on a specific topic and learnt from each other. Apart from a 4-day English language course, students visited various museums, such as The British Museum, The Royal Observatory Greenwich, The Science Museum London and The National Gallery. From the visit to the two world renowned universities, The University of Oxford and The University of Cambridge, students experienced the atmosphere in their campuses. Of course, famous tourist spots in the city could not be missed. Students learnt about the history of the Big Ben and the Parliament Houses, they enjoyed the beautiful views of the Thames on the London Eye and immersed in the magic world of Harry Potter at the Warner Bros. Studio. It was a fruitful journey. Everyone enjoyed a wonderful time.
