Our English Debate Team successfully wrapped up the inaugural edition of the “Positive Thinking with the Basic Law — Hong Kong Secondary Inter-School Debate Competition (Basic Law Cup) English Division” as one of the quarter-finalists. Comprising mainly Form 1 students, our young debate team engaged in debates against senior Form opponents on topics ranging from the retention or removal of priority seats on public transport to the use of generative AI by secondary students in their schoolwork. The team accumulated invaluable experiences, and we eagerly anticipate the team's growth in forthcoming competitions.
