20250512 Talk on Stress vs. Motivation

In order to help our students manage their academic, family or personal stress, our school arranged a talk for S2 and S3 students. The atmosphere was quite good. There were interactive sessions between the speaker and our students. It is hoped that our students learned some methods and techniques to relieve personal stress during this short talk.

In the beginning of the talk, the speaker explained what stress is.
One of our students told the speaker his experience of feeling stressed.
The speaker tried to find out what symptoms our students might have when they felt stressed.
Our students were learning what the stress performance curve is all about.
Our students followed the speaker’s instructions to relax their bodies and minds.
