2015/16 Statistical Project Competition for Secondary School Students (Junior Section)

The 2015/2016 Alumni, Teachers and Students Dodgeball Game was held to maintain and promote unity and fellowship among the graduates, teachers and current students. The activity was held in the school hall. The participants enjoyed the friendly competition very much.
1E students visited the Richmond Fellowship of Hong Kong, the New Jade Manufacturing Centre on 24th June, 2016. Students visited and played games with the workers in the center. The workers shared their working experience and the struggles of dealing with mental distress.
1B students visited the Richmond Fellowship of Hong Kong, the Ping Shan House on 21st May, 2016. Students cleaned up the farm and the residents shared the experience of living in the House as well as the struggles of dealing with mental distress.
1D students visited the Richmond Fellowship of Hong Kong, the Sheung Tak House on 7th May, 2016. Students taught the residents making Teru teru bōzu and they shared their products with the community after the program. The residents shared the experience of living in the House as well as the struggles of dealing with mental distress.
Members of the Community Services Team participated in the Teaching Mission in China during 17th March to 20th March, 2016. Students prepared different activities for students in China and conducted home visits to have a better understanding about their situations. Students performed well during that period and most of them reflected that they were in paradise when compare with students in China. Some of them learnt that they should treasure what they have already owned and understood the importance of volunteer services.
The Chinese Department has organized a Chinese debate competition, "Every success needs the backup of the parents.", on 26th May 2016.
Three S.2 classes (2P, 2A & 2B) have just visited Guangzhou for the Life-wide Learning Day activity in the second term. They visited different companies in our home country. All the students found the tour meaningful and interesting.
In order to enable students to learn more about the Hong Kong's maritime heritage, around 40 students from F.3 visited the Hong Kong Maritime Museum
