S3 Seminar on Further Studies (1): Preparation for Promotion to SFC (07/11/2024)

In order to help students better prepare for their future senior secondary studies, a seminar was held on 7th November 2024. The Preparation on Promotion to SFC Seminar was divided into 4 parts: Activities on further studies, preparation on SFC, sharing on further studies and a Q&A session for parents and students. Teachers from our senior secondary PLK Vicwood K.T. Chong discussed their expectations from our students and encouraged students to be active learners.

2024-25 School Open Day

To introduce our school and showcase our latest facilities, the school organized a School Open Day for interested parents on November 30, 2024 (Saturday). The event commenced with an admission talk conducted by our Vice Principal and Assistant Principal. After the talk, "Chat with the Principals" sessions were also held to allow parents to ask questions directly to the Principals.

PTA Lip Balm Workshop – A Sweet Gesture for Our Teachers

On November 27, 2024, our PTA parents came together for a heartwarming DIY Lip Balm Workshop, crafting handmade lip balms as tokens of appreciation for our beloved teachers. Guided by simple yet creative techniques, parents blended natural ingredients to create nourishing balms - each one infused with gratitude.The workshop was filled with laughter, collaboration, and a shared mission to honor our teachers’ dedication. A special thank you to all the parents who participated and helped make this event a success!

Career Guidance Committee: An Admission Talk by Tsinghua University (04/11/2024)

In order to help students understand the university requirements of our motherland, students of our college took part in a talk conducted by Tsinghua University. There were 2 sessions in this seminar. In the first session, Liu Yunhao, the Dean of Global Innovation Exchange at Tsinghua University, delivered an interesting talk about how people could create a better society with artificial intelligence (A.I.). In the second session, a staff at Tsinghua University introduced the unique culture of Tsinghua to students.

The Life Education x Job Exploration Sharing Seminar

The Life Education x Job Exploration Sharing Seminar was held on October 30 for Form 2 and Form 3 students, organized by LOVE @ CANINE VOLUNTEER, the Careers and Guidance Committee, and the Discipline and Guidance Committee. Two working dogs, Fook and McQueen, visited our school. The seminar introduced the requirements, development, and benefits of becoming a dog trainer, also conveyed the message that life is precious and emphasized the importance of loving animals.

MCNEC Assembly Talk: Understanding the Importance of the National Security

With strong dedication to enhancing students' understanding of National Security, we invited Mr. Ho Kwan-yiu 何君堯先生 to be the speaker of our assembly talk for S1 students and parents. Throughout the talk, Mr.Ho Kwan-yiu 何君堯先生 explained key concepts of National Security, such as the Twenty Major Fields of National Security, and the Five Essential Elements of a Holistic Approach to National Security.
