Positive Thinking with the Basic Law — Hong Kong Secondary Inter-School Debate Competition (Basic Law Cup) English Division

Our English Debate Team successfully wrapped up the inaugural edition of the “Positive Thinking with the Basic Law — Hong Kong Secondary Inter-School Debate Competition (Basic Law Cup) English Division” as one of the quarter-finalists. Comprising mainly Form 1 students, our young debate team engaged in debates against senior Form opponents on topics ranging from the retention or removal of priority seats on public transport to the use of generative AI by secondary students in their schoolwork.

2025-26 Sister School Visit: Affiliated Middle School of Yunnan University of Finance and Economics

During the Easter holiday, the College organised a six-day exchange tour to our sister school in Kunming, Affiliated Middle School of Yunnan University of Finance and Economics. To deepen our understanding of our mainland counterparts and the region’s biodiversity, we not only visited the sister school and attended lessons, but also explored a botanical garden, a wildlife habitat, and a local plantation.

Gifts were exchanged between our school and the sister school.

Visiting the Yakult Factory

On 13th April 2026, Science and Technology Club organized a visit to the Yakult Factory. This activity aimed to deepen students' understanding of food production processes and the application of food industry technology. During the visit, students observed the production line under the guidance of professionals, gaining a deeper understanding of the production process. They also listened attentively to the staff's introduction to the history, background, and development of Yakult.

Library: 25-26 School Book Fair

School book fair on 26–27 February aimed to nurture a vibrant reading culture, strengthen students’ independent learning, and enrich the campus literacy environment. By offering a wide range of themed titles, the fair broadened students’ horizons, introducing both classics and contemporary works beyond the textbook, while fostering sustained reading habits and critical thinking.

The book fair was held on February 26-27 in the LT.

2025/2026 Charity Bazaar cum CoolSTEAMaker Festival


The Charity Bazaar cum CoolSTEAMaker Festival was held on 14th March 2026. The day offered an ideal setting for students to present their STEAM talents. A wide range of STEAM competitions, art displays, game booths, workshops, hands-on activities and stalls were organised by both teachers and students, giving participants opportunities to solve problems, collaborate, and communicate as they set up and managed their exhibits. Students also greeted and assisted visitors with patience and professionalism throughout the event.

Environmental workshop

In order to promote the importance of environmental protection to student, the Moral, Civic and National Education Committee of our school has successfully organised an Environmental WORKSHOP on 06th March 2026.

The tutor is introducing the background information of environmental protection to students.

Careers Guidance Committee: HKMA Visiting

To help students explore different career paths, we took them to the HKMA Information Centre Exhibition Area at International Finance Centre 2, Central on 2 March 2026. During the visit, students engaged in guided tour and interactive exhibits to understand how professionals such as financial regulators, currency designers, bankers, and policy analysts collaborate in Hong Kong's financial and monetary systems which broadened their horizons.

Career Guidance Committee: A Visit to the Vocational Training Council

On 6th March 2026, our college organized a meaningful visit for S.3 students to help them explore various post-secondary pathways beyond traditional academic routes. During the visit to Vocational Training Council (VTC), students had a valuable opportunity to visit the modern facilities of the VTC. Through guided sessions and interactive discussions, students gained a deeper understanding of different career prospects in industries such as printing and hotel and tourism management.

Careers Guidance Committee: S.2 Job Simulation

In order to increase students’ exposure to different careers, the Careers Guidance Committee organize a Job Simulation Activity for Secondary 2 students on 6 February 2026. Students, had interesting job tasting sessions, covering jobs like nurses, veterinarians, lawyers, nutritionists, ambulancemen and interior designers, etc. They gained a better understanding of the job requirements of different jobs. Overall, students actively participated in the sessions.
