A Visit from Chan Sui Ki (La Salle) College

Our students won the 1st Class Honour of "2018 International Year of Reef Art and Design Competition". They were invited to join the Prize Presentation Ceremony on 23rd March. Their work was exhibited at Tsuen Wan Town Hall Exhibition Gallery from 23rd to 25th March, 2019. The exhibition will be open to the public with free admission.
During the Creative and Innovative Entrepreneurship and Maker Fortnight, the Visual Arts Department organized the lunchtime activity for students on 11th March. Students were invited to design their class mascot. They tried to design the mascot with the acrylic paint. Besides, students made good use of their creativity to add unique decorations.
The Annual Sports Day was held on 15 March, 2019 in Tsing Yi Sports Ground. Although it was a rainy day, everyone enjoyed the events that day. Our talented athletes showed their great athletic skills through various events, such as 100m running, relay, long jump, high jump, etc.
The 2018-2019 Inter-House Trivia and First-Aid Knowledge Q&A Competition was held at the school hall during the assembly on 14th March, 2019.

The board game called Stock Trading Guru was successfully held in the activity room during lunchtime on 20th March 2019. The board game offers students a valuable opportunity to learn some essential financial knowledge, and encourage good attitudes towards money management. The game can also help students understand "Stock Trading as an Investment" - a compulsory part of the revised BAFS curriculum. The participants enjoyed the activity and found the knowledge practical.
During the Creative and Innovative Entrepreneurship and Maker Fortnight, the Geography Department brought a full-of-fun lunchtime activity to our students. In the activity, students took part in the Typhoon pavilion in the Geography room. They had to finish some tasks when experiencing the strong wind in the tent. All in all, students had great fun in the activity.
Railway 101 Course, this program was held on 9 March 2019 which offered students a valuable opportunity to learn safety in railways, railway technology and railway operations. The aims of this program are to introduce the railway industry to students for their future career development and further studies planning by offering applied learning and railway related short courses.
Through a series of activities to explore and experience poverty and lack of community care, our students had a special experience and understood the plight of the poor.
