School Events

School Tour

Teenage singers and staff of CAC(Hong Kong Communication Art Centre) came to the school to give a school tour for S1-S2 students as a post-exam activity. During the tour, students are encouraged to pursue their dreams. Students are introduced to the six colleges: Design, Technology, Performance, Languages, Education, as well as Business.

Our assistant principal, Miss Leung Pui Fan, is taking a group photo with all the teenage singers, together with all the S1-S2 audience.

2nd Parents Talk

In order to let the parents know more about how to educate their children to save and use their money wisely, the PTA organized a parents' talk on the 2nd Parents' Day. We were proud to have Mr. Chong Tsz Lam and Ms. Cheung Shuk Yi as our guest speakers. A joint-school (TNK and SFC) sharing session and lunch gathering were held after the talk.

We are glad to have our Committee Members to come and help on that day.

Sham Shui Po District PTA- Outstanding PTA Prize Presentation Ceremony

The Annual General Meeting cum Outstanding Parent - Teacher Association and Parent Volunteers Prize Presentation Ceremony by the Federation of Parent - Teacher Associations Sham Shui Po District Limited was held on 5 July 2014. Our principal, PTA's chairlady, vice chairman and ex-co members of the year were presented for the awards.

2A Community Service

Students from 2A and the kids from Po Leung Kuk Yau Oi Kindergarten enjoyed the session on 5th July, 2014. Students designed the program and implemented their planning on the service day. Students of 2A learnt how to care for the kids and how to interact with them while the kids enjoyed playing games and learning English vocabulary in a fun way.

Cultural Visit

Students went on a cultural visit to Chung Ying Street and Shenzhen. The guided tour included visits to Chung Ying Street, Historical Museum at Chung Ying Street, Fairy Lake Botanical Garden and Shenzhen Museum.

The visit of Dragages Hong Kong Safety Training Centre

On 4th July, two groups of 30 students visited the Dragages Hong Kong Safety Training Centre which is located next to our school. The centre is equipped with various facilities and simulates a real work environment. Students attended a home safety awareness workshop before they paid a visit to the simulated real work environment.

Visits to Shenzhen Museum and Yi Hai Kerry Enterprise

A group of 25 S.3 students paid visits to Yi Hai Kerry Enterprise and Shenzhen Museum in China on 3rd July 2014. During the visit at Yi Hai Kerry Enterprise, the students learnt how raw materials such as peanuts, corn and sesame are processed at various stages and finally turned into different kinds of cooking oil. Afterwards, the students paid another visit to Shenzhen Museum.
