Sports Day

The Annual Sports Day was held on 11 April, 2017 in Tsing Yi Sport Playground. Everyone enjoyed the events on that day.

I-poor Experiential Life Project

Through a series of activities to experience the life of the poor and disadvantaged in the society, our students had a great lesson outside school.

Students were picking the cardboard box and expecting to get enough money for their lunch.

Creativity Fortnight - Water Robot Competition

The Mathematics, Science and Design & Technology departments cooperated to hold a Water Robot Competiton in Creativity Fortnight 2017. It was an event that challenged our students to apply the physics, mathematics, electronics and engineering skills they have learnt in a workshop to create and make their own water robots.

Shenzhen Study Trip By Quaility Tourism Services Association

Our teachers and students were invited to join a study trip organized by the Quality Tourism Services Association on 12 April, 2017. We have visited the DJI Flagship Store, Wai Yuen Tong Medicine Company Limited, Tsui Wah Group, Tai Hing Catering Group, and Wa Lai Da. The study trip was designed to allow teachers and students to experience different business environments. it was inspirational and informative.

We visited the DJI Flagship Store. Here we could see, touch, and get the firsthand information about innovative and creative platforms.

Institute of Vocational Education STEM Taster Programme

25 students went to Institute of Vocational Education (Shatin) to enjoy a lesson that was about "The simulation model of food production" and "X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analyzer". It was a great experience for all the students.

Nanjing Study Trip 2016/17

In order to enhance students' understanding of the history and recent development of China and broaden their horizons, the Nanjing Study Trip has been organized by the Chinese History Department from 13th April, 2017 (Thursday) to 17th April, 2017 (Monday) under the sponsorship of the Chinese History and Culture Enhancement Fund. Both students from PLK Tong Nai Kan Junior Secondary College and PLK Vicwood K.T.Chong Sixth Form College participated in the trip and they had fruitful learning experiences in the trip!

On 13 April,2017, we were ready to start off our journey to Nanjing!

"A Dialogue in the Dark"

Some of our F.1 and F.2 students participated in a meaningful activity - "A Dialogue in the Dark" organized by MCNEC at the Dialogue in the Dark Exhibition Centre in Mei Foo on 21 March, 2017. Students learnt a lot after they have experienced living in the dark for 75 mintues and a conversation with the blind people.

"City Art Square – Guided Tour for Public Art" on 16 March, 2017

The Visual Arts Department has organized the "City Art Square - Guided Tour for Public Art" activity on 16 March, 2017. 20 students from the Visual Arts Team and other interested F.1 - F.3 students have visited the City Art Square at Sha Tin Town Hall Plaza together. 19 uniquely-styled creative sculptures and public art installations were displayed.

It was an educational and meaningful visit for our students.

Creativity Fortnight - Best Background Music for Korean Dramas (Music Department)

The Music Department brought a whole-school activity during the Creativity Fortnight. Our S.3 students created their own music videos by composing original background music for popular Korean dramas. On 23rd March, six shortlisted music videos were shown to all classes during the Class Teachers' Period. While enjoying the music videos, students voted for their favourite background music for Korean dramas.

Students of class 3A received the most votes in this activity. Congratulations!
