Hong Kong Youth Science & Technology Innovation Competition 2015-2016

'Have you ever had an experience of picking up a shuttlecock frequently during the badminton training? Do you want to invent a machine to help collect and store the shuttlecocks?'. This inspires our students, F.2 Yau Chak-lai and F.1 Chan Ka-kin to invent a 'Shuttlecock Collector'.

Starting from September 2015, our school has provided a science innovation training course for students. By implementing 'STEM' education, we would like to strengthen the creativity, innovative and practical skills of our students. 10 students were selected to join this course and to take part in the Hong Kong Youth Science & Technology Innovation Competition which was organized by the Hong Kong New Generation Cultural Association and sponsored by Education Bureau Chief Curriculum Development Office (Gifted Education). They finally got the 1st Place Grand Award and two Merit Awards in the competition.
