Finance Committee

Aims:

• To ensure that the school complies with all the financial requirements of National Security
• To ensure that the school complies with all the financial requirements of Hong Kong Laws, IMC, EDB and Po Leung Kuk.
• To monitor the accounts and manage the financial policies and procedures of the school.

Objectives:

• Making, amending and announcing the policies and procedures for procurement;
• Monitoring the ledgers, relevant accounts, financial reports, petty cash flow, receipts, cheque books and payment records, etc of the school;
• Managing the trading operations committee;
• Managing different funding;
• Implementing, managing and monitoring the fixed assets system of the school;
• Managing and monitoring quotations, and supervising tendering procedures
• Ensure that all the school Financial Activities must Safeguarding National Security.
